The Islamic Republic of Iran Stops Violence Against Iranians

In 1979, Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi abdicated his Peacock Throne in favor of his people and left Iran. The King's decision caused a power vacuum in Iran. The cleric cabal took advantage of the power vacuum and exploited the situation by disregarding the universal principles of the electoral process. The cleric faction drafted two questionable referendum statements saying that they were not contested in the political process. The cleric faction claimed to have a shocking 98.2% approval from the public.

Therefore, the cleric faction established an Islamic Republic state. It did not have any legitimacy to form itself; it lacked the consent and will of the people.
The Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) banished other political parties and did not allow people to form political parties. Also, the IRI eradicated all grassroots movements in Iran and executed anyone who questioned the authority or had a suggestion about the direction of the regime. Therefore, the IRI violated the United Nations' Article 1 through Article 30. The IRI did not have the inherent right to govern Iranians; it was political parties that had to inherit righto govern people. Without political parties, Iranians were nothing but subjects and not citizens of the IRI.

The IRI was treating Iranians as subjects with a high cost for them. The IRI had an agenda to become a regional power and allocated the national revenue from oil export for its military expedition, neglecting the needs of Iranians. The IRI also faced economic sanctions and caused Iran's economy to collapse, allowing the poverty rate to reach 8.1% in a country of 82 million. And the unemployment rate was 12% as Iranians struggle to pay for the basic necessity of life. The head of state, Sign of God or Ayatollah Ali Khameini, hid Iran's revenue in his foreign bank accounts. It estimated that he had $ 95 billion.

Since the inception of the IRI, it inflicted physical harm and property harm to people with a final goal in their minds to cultivate an atmosphere of fear to keep Iranians from speaking against the system. The system became more belligerent and brutal by ordering security forces to attack anyone who was operating a business and vandalizing private property. The IRI placed sharpshooters on building rooftops to shoot people in the head and not return their dead bodies to their families so that they could bury them. Last, the IRI shot down one Ukrainian Airplane intentionally to avoid a military confrontation with the US. 

In conclusion, the IRI was not established on fundamental principles of peace, order, and good government. The IRI founded on the Machiavellian principles of fear, fraud, and force. This petition is asking the Secretary-General of the United Nations, His Excellency António Guterres, to use the legal structure to stop the IRI's violence against Iranians and allow Iranians to live in a state of peace and freezing all the assets of the clerics as well as the Revolutionary Guards. Furthermore, the petition is pleading with the Honorable Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, to freeze all assets of the cleric and their associates in Canada. This petition also asks that anyone in the country who has a relationship with the IRI is deported back to Iran. If s/he has Canadian citizenship, s/he should lose that citizenship. 

Ahmad Hamzeh Statement Against Trump

When Mr. Mahmoud Ahmadi Nejd elected to the President's Office and Mr. Barack Hussein Obama-Democrat candidate elected to the President's Office, Mr. Ahmadi Nejad uttered a threat to wipe Israel from the map by using nuclear bombs.  Several times, he claimed that Iran was very close to having atomic weapons. Regardless of what Mr. Ahmadi Nejad said to the world. Mr. Obama shook hands with the regime in Iran and allowed the system to pursue civilian nuclear programs.

When Mr. Donald Trump was running to the President's Office, he promised that he would nullify the nuclear pact with the regime in Iran. People of the US elected Mr. Trump to the President's Office, and he repealed the atomic agreement with the system in Iran.

Currently, Mr. Trump is facing impeachment; it means he may lose his job as head of state of the US. Most importantly, his domestic policies and foreign policies are not appealing to Americans as well as other nations.

Therefore, there are two situations here. If Mr. Trump not impeached from the President's Office, he would not use force against the regime in Iran. He will impose more economic sanctions against the system in Iran.  If he impeaches as head of state of the US, there will be an interim government. Thus, everyone has to wait until election time to decide what to do with the regime in Iran.

If a Democrat candidate elects to the President's Office, there will be harmony between the regime in Iran and the US. If a Republican candidate chooses to the President's Office, there will be tension between the US and the administration in Iran within the perimeter of economic sanctions.

Thank You Canada

On Wednesday, January 08th, 2020, the Revolutionary Guard in Iran's airspace brought down one Ukrainian passenger airplane down without any survivor. The aircraft was coming to Canada, and fifty-seven passengers were with Iranians passports or had dual citizenship. 

Right Hon, PM of Canada Justin Trudeau allocated $25,000.00 CDN toward each person who perished in the airplane incident.1 Right Hon, Premier of Ontario Doug Ford awards 52 scholarships, and each scholarship is for an amount of $10, 000.00 CDN in honor of the fifty-two victims of the airplane. 2

The regime in Iran does not have consent and will of its people to govern; the regime in Iran is asking the US deliberately to impose more economic sanctions. While the cerlic's children, as well as the Revolutionary Guards and their other offshoots of militant groups' children, are living a carefree lifestyle and created a free ride society for themselves. At the same time, others are unable to find a loaf of bread for themselves.

Why Do We Forgive?

I am drafting this piece based on my account of life.  I am a forty-nine years old man.  I had my share of being hurt and emotionally abused by people as well as those close to me who push me to the dark corner of life — and reading the Holy Bible, which says that we must forgive people who hurt us. It is a struggle to forgive people. I am remembering those vulnerable moments being at the mercy of people who would exercise power on me and could not do anything to stop them from what they are doing to me.  Also, there is Zoroastrian faith, which has a tenet of good deeds, good words, and good thoughts.  How can I adhere to the above divine doctrine when people are acting evil against me?

I noticed the issue of forgiving others; it is not about me. It is about cultivating a healthy society that we want to live. By holding angry feelings inside of our minds, we are causing society to have regressed and not progress.  Therefore, it is important to forgive others to have the ability to move forward in life as a society.  Otherwise, dropping an anchor and holding on those negative feelings would not harbor productive result for anyone.

Airplane Down

Now I understand why the regime in Iran brought the passenger airplane. It was at the height of the conflict with the US, which has the military power to take down more of the regime's pawns or invades Iran.

Therefore, the regime brought down the airplane to prevent the US from attacking the system in Iran.

Intentionally Killing Them

We, Iranians, though, if we do not speak against the system, we are safe. After the airplane incident, the regime proves to us that we are not safe if we do not speak against the system. So, speak now, out loud, it is not worth being silent.
This is not a random video clip. This person had full knowledge of where to stand and what time to make this video clip in a pitch-black night.

Ukraine International Airlines Flight 752 (PS752)

The Revolutionary Guard launched the missile because he thought a US missile was going to hit a target on the capital of Iran. However, the airplane was moving away from the capital of Iran.
Plus, it was an advance military armament that has the capability of distinguishing a weapon from a passenger plane. A passenger airplane is longer than a missile.
